The market-leading quality of our roofing coil nails and hand nails makes them popular among buyers in North America.  We start with high-end steel and stainless steel from Europe.  We then use the latest equipment from Switzerland and Italy to fashion each unit in our ISO 9001-2000-certified Taiwan & China factory.

Detailed testing reports

Besides using high-end materials and equipment, we carry out independent computerized testing at several production stages, and our European Technical Approval is pending.  The results of all our testing are saved in our central database.  So we can provide you with detailed, order-specific reports on tensile strength, torque and zinc-plating thickness.

Specifications & a note from the people who care

With a 3/8's of an inch head, corrosion resistant, zinc plated, EG nails at 1 inch up to 2 and a half inches, our standard is 1 ¼ of an inch for all our roofs which meets all Certified Programs throughout Canada & the USA.  With 2 1/2 inches being used on ridgevents which is a requirement in order to maintain the manufacturers warranty.  Among other complaints the one I hear time and time again from customers who deal with some of our competitors is they keep finding nails even after 2 years and having kids ourselves we know how important it is to ensure that all nails are magnetized and cleaned up completely from the customer's property, even your pets, to keep them safe from getting a nail in the paws, ouch how painful and inconvenient, we at Arcamm Roofing & Eavestrough make sure our customers are protected from all this avoidable nusance.  One thing we encourage our customers to make sure is that they cut their grass in order for our oversized magnet works at its best and not having the nails knocked off by the tall grass, we at Arcamm Roofing & Eavestrough care, making sure we focus on all details right to the last nail.
