Integrated Roof System

A superior roof is stronger than the sum of its parts.  A quality roofing system involves the underlayments, shingles, accessory products, and ventilation all working together. Day after day, year after year. At Arcamm Roofing & Eavestrough, we call that the Integrity Roof System.  The Integrity Roof System is designed to provide optimum performance — no matter how bad weather conditions are.  After all, better quality shingles mean longer-lasting roofs.  Add in underlayment, accessories, and ventilation products, and you’ve got a roof system that really works.  On top of this we use ABP's top of the line starters which comes in one length of 33.7 feet long and almost 8 inches high with a continuous strip of tar resulting in a tight seal between the starter and the bottom of the shingle as oppose to what most of our competitors are using such as a shingle turned upside down resulting  a voided warranty because of the tar line being in the middle instead of the bottom allowing wind to blow beneath the shingle and in turn tearing it off the roof.  The other benefit of using ABP's Starters is that it is a peel n stick similar to the ice and water shield which seals it to the roof 100% tight stopping any water from getting in especially ice damning which over the years have become more and more a major problem due to the weather changes we have been experiencing.  Starter strips are NOT commonly installed in valleys and gables but here at Arcamm Roofing & Eavestrough it is our standard to install starters on all our roofs stopping water from getting into the house even in the gables & valleys creating a water tight seal which NONE of our competitors can since we are the only ones carrying this product here in Canada and even in the USA this product is fairly new but is definitely proven to work but not used to cut costs and in turn coming across to the customer as the cheapest quote.   Standard installations done by the competitors include starters only at the eaves and as previously mentioned even this is done incorrectly using shingles installed upside down putting the staggered strip of tar in the middle of the shingle as oppose to the solid strip of tar at the bottom which is the correct method of installation keeping the warranty in tact.  In Canada there are starter strips availilbe but in 3 foot long pieces but NOT peel n stick but sadly NOT used in order for the Roofing companies to continuously put out the least expensive bid in order to get the job based solely on low price, but at Arcamm Roofing & Eavestrough we use only the best at competitive pricing such as the ABP's Starter Strips creating the BEST water tight seal, protecting our clients from hard driving rain, ice damning and most importantly from NOT getting your warranty because of an inexperienced contractor.  We definitely go above and beyond for your customers.
